The developers of The Cortile have announced that they have completed the installation of an advanced, integrated security system designed to protect residents, visitors and property assets as the apartment community in Syracuse’s Valley neighbourhood prepares to open its first building for leasing at the end of July 2026.
The security infrastructure has been installed across the 3.5-acre redevelopment, which will ultimately comprise four residential buildings containing 140 apartments. The first building is scheduled to begin leasing as construction and renovation efforts continue across the remainder of the property.
