With the new Privacy Mode, Dallmeier is expanding its video solution with a powerful data protection feature: Operators can centrally and temporarily disable image capture, recording, and image output – system-wide or in defined sub-areas. At the same time, the activated Privacy Mode is clearly indicated directly on the cameras.
With the new Privacy Mode, Dallmeier is focusing above all on ease of use: The feature allows operators to temporarily disable image capture and recording for the entire system or individual cameras – quickly, in a controlled manner, and without having to switch off individual components separately. Until now, completely interrupting video surveillance often required various system components to be specifically disabled. In the future, a single command will be sufficient: Authorised users can activate Privacy Mode directly via the SeMSy® Compact client software.
