The 16 channel Hexpaplex digital video recorder iMR-9048 allows for real time viewing and recording of up to 480/400 (NTSC/PAL) frames per seconds (fps) and internal storage capacity of up to 2 terabytes with hot-swappable 4 hard disk drives and CD/DVD burner as standard.
The DVR uses standard MPEG4 compression technology, which has 2~8KB for 1 CIF, 4~5KB for 2CIF, and 7~8KB for 4CIF file size per image.
This versatile stand-alone DVR is a Hexaplexer (can deal with 6 simultaneous operations), featuring a 16-channel live display, audio & video recording, playback of 16 channels of archived footage, back-up, network monitoring, and remote set-up of schedule and settings.
