The world’s first fanless mini dome IP cameras with EN 50155 certification and wide operating temperature
The world’s first fanless mini dome IP cameras with EN 50155 certification and wide operating temperature

Moxa is pleased to introduce the VPort P06-1MP-M12, a compact EN 50155 certified HD IP camera designed for mobile and rolling stock IP surveillance applications. The camera is especially suitable for vehicle applications with limited installation space. The rugged VPort P06-1MP-M12 features a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature, vibration-resistant M12 connectors, EN 62262 IK10 vandal-proof design, audio input, PoE power input, and IP66 rain and dust protection. Moxa’s Dynastream™ technology is supported to optimise network performance with dynamic bandwidth management. Superior image quality The VPort P06-1MP-M12 is equipped with a cutting-edge CMOS sensor that provides excellent high resolution video images at 1280 x 800 pixels, and covers larger areas than legacy analog cameras. With the addition of DNR (Digital Noise Reduction), BLC (Black Level Control), and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) functions, the VPort P06-1MP-M12 provides a clear picture of the surveillance field of view. Rugged design for mobile applications The VPort P06-1MP-M12’s 47 mm height makes it ideal for tough vehicle environments with limited installation space. It is also compliant with essential sections of EN 50155, T1 (standard model) and TX (wide temp. model) temperatures, as well as EMC (EN 50121-3-2) and EN 61373 shock and vibration criteria. The camera takes advantage of Moxa’s unique thermal technology, allowing the wide temp. model to withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 75°C, without a fan or other cooling equipment, and the built-in M12 connector provides a secure Ethernet connection for high vibration and shock applications. This combination of industrial grade features allows the VPort P06-1MP-M12 to provide reliable video transmissions for mobile IP video surveillance applications. With a tempered glass lens, the VPort P06-1MP-M12 achieves IEC 62262 Class IK8 enclosure protection and IP66 rain and dust protection. It also supports 802.3af PoE (Power over Ethernet), which eliminates the need to install additional power cables and outlets, and by doing so reduces the risk of power failures and Internet disconnections. High video performance The VPort P06-1MP-M12 supports a maximum of 2 H.264 and 1 MJPEG simultaneous video streams. Operators can assign each individual stream to a specific purpose: for example, an H.264 stream for live video viewing, and an MJPG stream for data storage. With Moxa’s exclusive DynaStream™ technology, operators can optimize bandwidth by automatically reducing or increasing the video frame rate in response to events. By dynamically responding to network events, DynaStream™ prevents network congestion to help operators control network bandwidth and simplify network system management. Key features Compliant with EN 50121-3-2 and essential sections of EN 50155 (standard model supports T1 temperatures, -25 to 55°C; wide temp. model supports TX temperatures, -40 to 75°C) 1/2.7” progressive scan camera with maximum 1280 x 800 resolution at up to 30 frames/second High quality video image with DNR and WDR Up to 3 independent video streams (2 H.264/1 MJPEG) DynaStream™ supported for maximum network efficiency Supports DHCP Opt 66/67 for auto-configuration 1 built-in audio input ONVIF supported for standardization and interoperability The VPort P06-1MP-M12 IP camera comes with Moxa’s standard 5-year warranty.
