AXIS T8646 PoE+ over coax blade allows migration from analog to IP video surveillance systems using existing coax cabling. The 6-channel hot-swappable blade fits any Axis video encoder chassis. Any combination of encoder blades and AXIS T8646 PoE+ over Coax Blades can be used simultaneously, so customers can migrate to IP at any pace they want.

AXIS T8640 enables camera installers to keep the legacy coax cabling when converting an analogue system to digital. It delivers standard PoE and centrally-sourced power with no new cables required. Sony eBridge1CT is a single-channel IP over coax transmitter that enables fast 10/100Base-T Ethernet digital communications over ordinary coax cable.  This easy to install plug-and-play unit simplifies system upgrades from analogue CCTV to networked IP video security cameras. By re-using existing legacy coax infrastructure, the costs and complexity associated with installing new network cabling are effectively eliminated. As such, the eBridge1CT offers an ideal digital upgrade option for a wide range of security applications, including retail, casinos, airports, schools and hospitals.

The WV-CU950 Ethernet system controller integrates with a range of Panasonic i-Pro system equipment such as network video recorders through control software to control camera functions, monitor displays and review recorded footage. The controller features a unique three-dimensional joystick that gives pan and tilt control of cameras by moving the joystick whilst zoom is controlled by simply rotating a dial on the top of the joystick. The joystick is detached from the main controller to allow easy access to the controller functions by both left and right handed users, the height of the joystick is adjustable to cater for different hand sizes. Iris and focus control is performed from the joystick with all other functions being taken from the main system controller.

The BBV Pick-a-Point graphical user interface, from Building Block Video Ltd, has been employed at West Burton Power Station to simplify operator process control and monitoring of the coal-fired plant.  Used in conjunction with the BBV TX1500 telemetry keyboard and Dedicated Micros' System Sprite, the Pick-a-Point enables a small number of staff in the control room to oversee the production process throughout the plant.Designed to give operators control of three 16-way DM System Sprites and a matrix from one position via the graphical user interface and a single keyboard, the system enables direct control of 27 cameras situated over key operational areas to help minimise downtime caused by blockages in the system.  The graphical user interface allows operators to view up to ten different (changeable) configurations of quad camera images, per System Sprite, at any time.A 2-dimensional map of the whole site shows individual camera positions, making it much easier for operators to locate them.  In addition, the configuration of the system enables 2 or more individual control points to have shared viewing and control - which means that the system can be expanded to cover the Power Station's new plant, to be commissioned later this year.
