The LTC 9384 Series of environmental housings are attractive aluminum enclosures designed for outdoor CCD camera installations. These housings are constructed of extruded aluminum, and include a one-piece camera/lens mounting cradle with front- and rear-end caps.

Tecnovideo presents the EX129 Series, a full range of compact stainless steel fixed camera station designed for Hazardous Area applications. It is not common for explosion proof camera stations to accommodate Customer specified cameras and/or other custom accessories. Tecnovideo fills this gap providing a complete range of fixed camera stations in which many different camera models can be installed. In case the Customer has no particular need, the EX129 camera stations are factory equipped with the latest generation zoom module day/night and thermal imaging cameras. The camera stations are entirely manufactured in electro-polished AISI316L stainless steel. This ensures the best durability and corrosion resistance in harsh environments. The following models are available: EX129: fixed camera station with sunshield and heater for day/night cameras. EX129WW: fixed camera station with sunshield, heater and integrated wash wiper for day/night cameras. EX129IR: fixed camera station with sunshield, heater and germanium front window for thermal imaging cameras. Each model of the camera station is available in 2 lengths: a compact version (250 mm long) and a longer version (500 mm long) to accommodate all the required equipment. The sunshield protects the housing from heat and dirt, while the heater demoisturises the housing front window if needed. Each EX129 Series fixed camera station is designed for an easy installation and for a low maintenance service. These explosion protected camera stations are the best solution for: Oil & Gas pipelines; Tankers; Refineries; Off-shore platforms; Monitoring of industrial processes; Chemical plants; Installations in extreme environments. The units are suitable for zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 according to Atex and IECEx certifications: II 2 G Ex d op pr IIC T6 Tamb-40°C to +55° C II 2 D Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db IP66/IP67). A variable speed Pan&Tilt unit is available to position the housing. A more featured PTZ camera station range of products is also available. Even in those PTZ camera stations it is possible to accommodate customer specified cameras and accessories. Washing systems and mounting brackets entirely made in AISI316L stainless steel are available.

Tecnovideo offers a full range of washer systems that assure the cleaning of wash/wipe camera housings even under the hardest circumstances. Every washer unit is provided with a watertight plastic enclosure that contains the power supply and the control board for the self-priming submersible pump located inside the tank. The WP series washer systems are provided with a stainless steel frame, whereas the WP-SSC series washer systems are protected by a stainless steel cabinet.  The best solution for hard environments, such as marine and deserts, in which sun, sand, salt and water can quickly damage plastic parts. The washer systems can be controlled directly, by telemetry receiver (Tecnovideo RX250DC) or by open collector interface board. Float switch option is now available. It prevents the pump from running dry and then burning out. If the water level is too low, the float switch activates the empty tank contact alarm and turns off the pump until the tank is refilled. Bosch UHO-HBGS-11 outdoor housing enables to use the DINION family of cameras in an outdoor environment or in areas where the cameras need to be protected. The hinged, side-opening design allows easy installation of camera/lens combinations, and gives access to the controls even when the housing is mounted. Power and video cabling can be routed through feed-through fittings. Mounting holes in the base can be used to install the housing on a wide range of pan/tilts, adjustable heads, and various camera mount brackets. The aluminum-constructed housing has two heaters as well as sunshield.

Bosch UHI-OG-0 indoor housing's hinged, side-opening design provides easy installation of all camera/lens combinations, and allows access to most camera and lens controls when the housing is mounted. Route power, video, and lens control cabling through the liquid-tight fittings in the bottom rear of the housing, or for even better cable management, via the feed-through entry holes in the base. Mounting holes in the base permit installation to a wide range of pan/tilts, adjustable heads, and various camera-mounting brackets.
